From August 8 to 12, 2025, the highly anticipated WRC World Robot Conference will be grandly held at the Boren Yichuang International Convention and Exhibition Center in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone. In terms of the key components of humanoid robots — linear actuators, Nous Robot has specially developed leg and arm linear actuators with a maximum load capacity of 8000N for humanoids. These actuators adopt the same RVI reverse planetary roller screw structure as Tesla. This structure can not only greatly improve the load capacity of the actuator, but also does not generate heat under long-term high-load working conditions, enhancing its stability and durability, making it the ultimate solution for precision transmission of humanoid robots.

It is particularly worth mentioning that Nous Robot has launched the world's smallest planetary roller screw product. This screw has a diameter of only 1.5mm and a nut diameter of 5.5mm. Although it is small in size, its load capacity can reach about 10kg and its service life is up to 3 million times, making it the planetary roller screw with the largest load capacity of the same size currently.
